Siebel Installation Guide for Microsoft Windows > Uninstalling Siebel Business Applications > Process of Removing Configuration Data > Removing the SWSE ConfigurationThe SWSE Configuration Wizard removes the physical configuration from the SWSE. This task removes the eapps.cfg file and removes the Siebel application virtual directories that were created when you applied the SWSE logical profile. The virtual Web site containing the virtual directories is not deleted. This task automatically stops and restarts the Web server. NOTE: Alternatively, on Microsoft Windows with Microsoft IIS 7 or later, if you created the virtual directories in a non-default virtual Web site, such as Siebel, then you can delete the virtual directories by removing that virtual site. This action does not remove the eapps.cfg file. If you installed Siebel Patchset 5 on top of the current release, then you can specify the name of the virtual Web site that contains the virtual directories. This task is a step in Process of Removing Configuration Data. To remove the SWSE configuration
