Reviewing Payees and Payments


Call center agents can review the list of payees that the customer selects and the scheduled payments.

To review the payees for a contact

  1. In Siebel Finance, navigate to the Contacts screen, then the Contacts List view.
  2. In the visibility filter, select All Contacts.
  3. In the Contacts list, select a contact.
  4. Click the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
  5. Click the Bill Payment view tab.
  6. Click the Payees or the Payments Scheduled link.

    You can view payments scheduled as a list or chart.
