Changing Primary Care Providers (HMO only)

Customers can change primary care providers.

To change a primary care provider (HMO only)

1. In the Customer Services applet of the Siebel Insurance eService Web site, click the Change PCP hyperlink.
2. In the Benefits applet, click the search icon in the Change Primary Care Provider field for the product of interest.
3. Click the edit icon in the Select Primary Care Provider field for the provider that you want to change to.

   A note appears indicating that you changed your provider. The new primary car provider that you select does not appear in the field immediately. The new primary care provider eventually appears in the All Benefits for My Household list applet for the applicable household member.
