Reporting Incidents

Both registered citizens who enter a user ID and password to access the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site and anonymous citizens can report incidents to public sector agencies. An incident represents the information about an event that might be of interest to an agency.

To report an incident

1. In the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site, click the Service tab.
2. In the Quick Links applet, click the Report Incident hyperlink.
3. In the Incident Report form, complete the fields.
4. Click Submit.
