This figure shows the panel selections available under the Configuration tab. These are Security, General, Applications, Services, and Service level management. The Service level management panel is highlighted. The currently defined KPI categories (Availability issues, Performance, Visitor traffic, and Transaction availability) are listed. The View menu is open, and the options "All", "Service levels", and "Alerts" are visible. The New KPI command button is available to the right of the View menu.
