Delete destination keys

Note: Deleting a destination key permanently removes it from the JMS module's configuration. If you only want to temporarily stop a destination key from being used, on all destinations and/or JMS templates that refer to it move the destination key back into the Available column on the Configuration: General page. For more information, see:

To delete a destination key:

  1. If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).
  2. In the Administration Console, expand Services > Messaging and select JMS Modules.
  3. In the JMS Modules table, click the name of JMS module that contains the destination key you want to delete.
  4. In the module's Summary of Resources table, select the check box next to the destination key that you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
  6. To activate these changes, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Activate Changes.
Not all changes take effect immediately—some require a restart (see Use the Change Center).
