The customer brings truck with defective tires under warranty. The truck service dealer creates a service order, replaces tires, creates Supply Recovery Claim (SRC) to truck manufacturer. The truck manufacturer receives the SRC, which becomes warranty claim (WC). Then the truck manufacturer determines if the claim is valid. If it is not valid, the accessor denies the claim. If it is valid, the accessor determines payment amount and pays the service dealer. The supplier recovery manager reviews the WC and decides who is responsible. If the truck manufacturer is responsible, there is no further action. If the tire manufacturer is responsible the supplier recovery manager creates SRC to tire manufacturer. The tire manufacturer reviews the SRC which becomes a WC. Then the tire manufacturer determines if the claim is valid. If it is not valid, the accessor denies the claim. If it is valid, the accessor determines the payment amount and pays truck manufacturer.
