Overview

Social bookmarks allow one to bookmark any content - internal content like a document, wiki, topic, message, etc. OR an external URL. A bookmark can be tagged, commented upon, rated, etc. A bookmark is a marker interface. In the latest BOM ExternalArtifacts and Links can be Bookmarks.
