Specifies information about a fault that could assist in the debugging.

Name	Type	Description
executionContextId	string	The execution context id when this fault occurred
serviceInstanceId	string	The id of the service instance that was processing the request when a fault occurred
stackTrace	string	The stack trace of the fault
