The figure shows a flow chart of how the UE Mapper and UE Loader are used to load external events into BRM. The UE Mapper GUI is used to load XML templates into BRM via a Connection Manager (CM). Third party events in the form of CDRs use the UE Loader to translate external events into BRM format which are in turn loaded into BRM via the CM. The UE Loader also creates a number of XML files (cache file, success report and error report) and a UE Loader pinlog file.
