This document contains guidelines for installing and setting up Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Web Services Manager. The sample procedures use Oracle WebLogic Server, but you can apply the concepts to any standards-compliant, vendor-supported application server that supports Web services.
Before reading this document, you should be familiar with implementing Web services using WebLogic Server. See your WebLogic Server documentation for more information.
