Thai encoding not correctly supported. (Bug #3889)

Bumped version number to 1.0.0 for beta 1 release.

Removed all of the XML comment warnings.

Added COPYING.rtf file for use in installer.

Updated many of the test cases.

Fixed problem with using compression.

Removed some last references to ByteFX.
