Overview of QA Check

Performing a QA check enables a user to manually invoke the QA check function during the quote lifecyle. User can identify and correct any exceptions before placing the quote as an order.

Performing a QA Check

Prerequisites

• Use the highest version of a quote.

• User has access to update a quote.

• The quote is not submitted for batch pricing.

• The quote is not placed as an order.

Steps

1. Access the quote for which you would like to perform a QA Check.

2. From the Actions LOV select QA Check.

3. The QA Results page displays details about the validations performed for the quote.
