Viewing Quality Results Using the Order Information Portal

With Oracle Order Management installed, you can provide your customers with access to Quality results data collected for items on sales orders, which they can view on the Order Information Portal web pages.

Your customers can view the quality results you enter by sales order using the Order Information Portal. See: Viewing Sales Order Details, Oracle Order Management User's Guide and Process Item Information for Sales Orders, Oracle Order Management User's Guide.

The customer logs on, selects the appropriate web page, and queries the system for their sales orders. If a collection plan has been associated with a sales order, a hypertext link titled View Quality Plan is visible in the General region of the sales order.

To access Order Information Portal, all your customers need is a browser, a user ID for the application, and the Internet address or URL (Uniform Resource Locator).
