This document contains instructions for customers who plan to upgrade an existing Oracle Value Chain Planning system to 12.1 Release Update Pack 3 (12.1 RUP3) and then to release 12.1.3.2 (patch 10192383).
You should read and understand all the tasks described in these installation instructions before you begin the installation.
The intended audience for this document:
Business User: Provides knowledge and guidance regarding application functionality.
Database Administrator: Installs and configures the Oracle database and maintains database access controls.
System Administrator: Responsible for administering systems.

Oracle Value Chain Planning 12.1.3 PATCH, R12.SCP_PF.B
The patch for the 12.1.3.2 release is Oracle Value Chain Planning 12.1.3.2 PATCH 10192383, R12.SCP_PF.B.
After you apply E-Business Suite Application Release 12.1.3 Media Pack, for each product that you intend to use, follow the product-specific installation steps in this document.
