在將 Network Appliance (NetApp) 網路連結式儲存體 (NAS) 裝置用做法定裝置時，有以下要求：

必須安裝來自 NetApp 的 iSCSI 授權。
必須將叢集化檔案伺服器的一個 iSCSI LUN 配置為用做法定裝置。
必須將 NetApp NAS 單元配置為使用 NTP 同步化時間。
為叢集化檔案伺服器選取的 NTP 伺服器中，必須至少有一個是 Sun Cluster 節點的 NTP 伺服器。
啟動叢集時，請務必在啟動叢集節點之前啟動 NAS 裝置。
