Preface |
The Netra CT Server Safety and Compliance Manual contains safety and compliance information for the Netra
CT server. This manual should be read by all those who administer the server, particularly those who responsible for maintaining the Netra CT hardware.
Unlike the other manuals in the Netra CT documentation set, this manual requires no special knowledge of Sun hardware or the Solaris operating environment.
This manual has the following chapters:
Chapter 1 contains statements of compliance with various national agencies.
Chapter 2 offers CD-ROM handling instructions and general safety guidelines.
Chapter 3 specifies electromagnetic compatibility information required by the U.S. Federal Communication Commission.
Chapter 4 specifies electromagnetic compatibility information required by the Canadian Communications Commission.
Chapter 5 specifies electromagnetic compatibility information required by the nations of the European Union.
Chapter 6 specifies electromagnetic compatibility information required by Japan's VCCI.
Chapter 7 specifies electromagnetic compatibility information required by Taiwan's VCCI.
