The provisioning system uses four different log files to capture system information.
Master Server log file at N1SPS-MasterServer-home/server/bin/cr_server.out
Remote Agent log file at N1SPS-RemoteAgent-home/agent/bin/cr_agent.out
Local Distributor log file at N1SPS-LocalDistributor-home/ld/bin/cr_ld.out
Remote Agent and Local Distributor logs can be viewed by logging into the physical host or through the browser interface. The Master Server log file is only accessible by logging into the physical host.
Some of the information in the log files might repeat errors that appear on the screen, such as Master Server deployment errors. The log files typically contain more detailed information that is not available through the browser interface's error messages. This more detailed information can help you to troubleshoot errors more effectively.
Viewing the Remote Agent or Local Distributor log files through the browser interface is convenient. You only need to log in to the browser interface and not to each of the Remote Agents or Local Distributors that you want to view.
