Incomplete Installation on Solaris

If the installation did not complete normally, you might need to manually remove packages in order to perform another installation.

To Identify and Remove Solaris Packages

The packages for the Master Server are:

• SUNWspsms

• SUNWspsc1

• SUNWspsj1

The packages for the CLI are:

• SUNWspsc1

• SUNWspscl

• SUNWspsj1

Steps

1. List all Sun N1 Service Provisioning System packages installed on the system.

   # pkginfo -c n1sps

   ---

   Note –

   There might be multiple versions of packages installed.

   ---

2. Determine which packages need to be removed.

   # pkginfo -l package_name

3. Remove the appropriate packages.

   # pkgrm package_name
