Preface

The Sun Fire V20z and Sun Fire V40z Servers--Troubleshooting Techniques and Diagnostics Guide provides information about and solutions for system problems that customers might encounter. It includes instructions for use of the diagnostics tests and detailed explanations of all system events. This document is written for technicians, system administrators, authorized service providers (ASPs), and users who have advanced experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware.
