To Change an Appointment

1. Click the Appointment Editor icon.

2. Select the appointment in the appointment list that you want to change.

3. Edit the appointment date, start or end time, description, reminders, frequency, or privacy.

4. Click Change.

5. Click Cancel to close the Appointment Editor.
