Choose Language from the options menu on the login screen.
Select the desired locale for your CDE session.
Your choices are the C, zh_TW, zh_TW.BIG5, zh_TW.UTF-8, zh_HK.BIG5HK, or the zh_HK.UTF-8 locale.
