Front Panel Connectors and LEDs

On the front panel there are two LEDs dedicated to each port. The following figure and table explain the meaning of the LEDs. Each port accepts a SFP+ optical transceiver. The SFP+ transceivers can be purchased separately or included with your ExpressModule. In the figure, the upper port is port A and the lower port is port B.

There are also two LEDs next to the Attention button. Each LED can be on, off, or blinking. The following table explains the meaning of these LEDs.

The slot is in the process of powering up or down. Insertion or removal of add-in cards is not permitted.

Amber

Normal
Operation is normal.

Note - The Attention switch currently is not supported.
