在安装 Communications Express 之前，应安装以下程序：

• Directory Server 5.2

• Calendar Sever 6.2

• Messaging Server 6.2

• 如果使用 Schema 2，则还要安装 Access Manager 6.2（以前称为 Identity Server）

• 带有 JDK 版本 1.5 的 Web Server 6.1 SP4
