Library Admin. Status Bars

The status bar at the top of the screen indicates the:

<   Model of the library. For example, L20.

<   IP address

<   Heartbeat of the library. The heartbeat is the :: symbol blinking at regular intervals. If the heartbeat stops blinking, it implies that the Library Admin. has lost communication with the library, although the MONITOR status at the bottom of the screen may indicate OK.

Tip: If the Library Admin. has lost communication with the library, click the Refresh button on your web browser or reload the type the IP address again in the Address bar.

The status bar at the bottom of the screen indicates:

< The status of the library. For example, Ready, Maintenance.

< The status of the CAP. For example, Open.

< The status of the library environment. For example, Monitor: Fan Failure. In a Lxxx library, the status of the fan and power supply is displayed; in a Lxx library, the status of the fan and temperature is displayed.
