Cleaning a drive

Command: Maintenance > Diagnostics

The drives are cleaned to prevent read and write errors. The library supports two methods for cleaning drives:

To clean a drive:

1. Click Clean Drive.

2. Select the drive to clean by clicking on 6 button.

3. Click Start.

5. Enter your library password and click OK.

If the drive is processing a job, it will be cleaned at the next available cycle.
