デバイスの削除 (remove_device)
remove_device サブコマンドを使用して、1 つまたは複数のデバイスをホットプラグ機能を使用して削除します。remove_device サブコマンドは、対話形式で、1 つまたは複数のデバイスのホットプラグによる削除を処理します。remove_device サブコマンドは、以下の処理を行います。
以下のサブシステムで使用することができます。

Sun StorEdge A5000 の場合

デバイスが使用中がどうかを確認し、使用中の場合は警告を出します。

デバイスをオフラインにします (ディスクが開かれている場合は失敗します)。

デバイスを削除する準備が整ったときに通知します。
-
格納装置の稼働 LED を点滅させて、取り外すデバイスを知らせます。
-
一覧が正しいかどうか確認を要求します。
-
取り外した装置の論理デバイス名を削除します。
SPARCstorage RSM の場合

デバイスをオフラインにします。
-
休止可能なバスを休止します。
-
デバイスを交換する準備が整ったときに通知します。
-
デバイスを交換されたことの確認を要求します。
-
休止可能なバスを休止解除します。
-
デバイスをオンラインに戻します。

この時点で、ディスクドライブを物理的に取り外します。任意のキーを押すと以下のようなメッセージが表示されます。
