Access Manager Policy Agents

You install an Access Manager Policy Agent on a resource you'd like to protect to enforce the policy decisions determined by the Policy Service. The policy agent intercepts requests from applications, and redirects the requests to Access Manager for authentication. Once the user is authenticated, the policy agent communicates with the Policy Service for authorization. The policy agent allows or denies the user access depending upon the result of policy evaluation. Policy agents are downloaded and installed separately from the Access Manager server.
