To Configure Instant Messenger for Calendar Pop-ups

1. On the Instant Messenger Main window, select Tools ->Settings.

2. On the Settings window, click the Alerts tab.

3. Check the Show Calendar Reminders option.

4. Click OK.

   Users can now receive Calendar pop-ups through Instant Messenger while they are online.
