Faulty DIMMs are identified when a corresponding amber service action required LED lights next to the DIMM.
If the DIMM service action required LED is off: DIMM is operating properly.
If the DIMM service action required LED is on (amber): DIMM is faulty and should be replaced.

Caution - If you are not immediately inserting a replacement DIMM into the empty DIMM socket, you should insert a DIMM filler panel in the socket to ensure adequate cooling and reduce the possibility of a system shutdown.
