MTA Logging Example: Including Optional Logging Fields

This example shows a logging entry similar to that shown in Example 21–3 and LOG_MESSAGE_ID=1 showing the file name and message ID; see (1) and (2). The message ID in particular can be used to correlate which entries relate to which message.
