Synchronizing Contacts in Communications Express

If a contact entry is deleted in Communications Express, the configuration parameter delete_perm in the db_config.properties file needs to be set to false in order for the deleted contact to be captured and synchronized with the contact entries in Outlook. The entry should be:

delete_perm=false

The default is true. The entry can be found in the /var/opt/SUNWuwc/WEB-INF/config/ldapstore/db_config.properties file.
