This procedure gives special access controls to the main user Duncan.
In the left pane of the Access Manager console, click the isp link near the Identity Management tab.
Select Roles from the View drop-down menu in the left pane.
To assign a user to the IM Conference Rooms Administrator role, click the property arrow beside the IM Conference Rooms Administrator.
In the right pane, select Users from the View drop-down menu.
Click Add in the right pane.
In the User ID field, type duncan and click Next.
Select the check box next to Duncan's name and click Finish.
Now Duncan has permission to create conference rooms.
Click the Service Configuration tab.
The left pane displays a list of services.
Click the property arrow beside the Session service.
Scroll to the bottom of the list of attributes and change the following to enable you to complete the evaluation without experiencing auto timeouts:
Log out of the Access Manager Console.
