解決方法

編輯安裝 Communications Express 的節點上的 Web Server 實例的 web_svr_base/config/server.xml 檔案，並確定下列項目在 Web Server 的類別路徑中可用：

opt/SUNWam/lib:/opt/SUNWam/locale:/etc/opt/SUNWam/config:
/opt/SUNWam/lib/am_sdk.jar:/opt/SUNWam/lib/am_services.jar:
/opt/SUNWam/lib/am_logging.jar
