How to Create and Save Scripts for Deferred Burn-in Testing

To create and save scripts for deferred burn-in testing, follow these steps:

  1. From the Pc-Check main menu, choose Deferred Burn-in Testing.

The top portion of the window lists the options described in Full System Tests, and the bottom portion of the window lists the Deferred Burn-in menu options.

  2. Select one of the following options:
    • Change Options

Opens the Burn-in Options menu, which enables you to modify the various options listed in Full System Tests for the currently loaded test script.

    • Select Tests

Opens a listing of all the possible types of tests available for you to run for the currently loaded test script.

  3. When you are finished, select Save Burn-in Script and type the name for the new script.

Enter d:\testname.tst, where testname is the name of the script that you created.

  4. To run the newly created script, go to Immediate Burn-in Testing and run the script.

    See Immediate Burn-In Testing.
