These on-line references are in Microsoft Compiled HTML Help format. To use, download these CHM files onto a Windows computer and then double-click on the file to open it. If the contents do not appear, you may need to unblock the CHM file. To do this, right-click the CHM file and select Properties. Then, on the General tab, click the Unblock button. You may want to create a shortcut to the CHM file if you use it often.
