Your server includes a function called x2APIC, which is enabled by default, but must be disabled before installing Oracle VM 2.2.
However, it must not be disabled before installing OVM 3.0. or newer.
Workaround
Access the BIOS Setup Utility.
Select CPU Configuration > x2APIC > Disable.
Save your changes then exit.
