IsContributor

Used to evaluate whether a user is a contributor. Generally used to determine whether to show special links on a page (for example, std_page uses it to decide whether to display the Content Manager link).

Output

• Returns TRUE if the user is a contributor.

• Returns FALSE if the user is not a contributor.
