CollectionMoveEnabled

Specifies if the Move icon is displayed on the Exploring pages.

When set to TRUE, displays the Move icon so users can move folders and content items to other folders.
When set to FALSE, hides the Move icon.
This variable is set automatically by the Folders installation program according to options specified at install tme.
