As an alternative to using a scenario, your developers can use a targeting service to create a list of recipients for the message. They can base the list on specific properties in a visitor profile (for example, they can include anyone whose gender property is female), or they can base the list on profile groups (for example, they can include all members of a group called NewMembers). After the list is set up, developers use ATG’s TemplateEmailSender service to send the message.
