If your Web site uses JHTML pages, you use the EncodingTyper component to determine the locale-specific character encoding to use when delivering those pages to the user. In JSPs, the EncodingTyper component provides the converter that handles the conversion of data that has been posted to Dynamo—for example, from a registration form.
