To add a pattern macro to a rule:
On the Search Workbench tab, select Topic Sets from the Show menu.
In the Topic Sets menu, select Topic Sets > Your Topic Set > Your Topic.
Click the Rules tab.
Click the Local link.
Enter the macro name and definition. New lines appear below when you enter this information, so you can add additional macros.
Click Save.
