create-cache-rule

Syntax

tadm create-cache-rule common_options --config=config_name 
--vs=vs_name [--condition=expr] cache_rule_name

Description

Use this command to create a cache rule.

Options

For information about common_options, run the help command.

--config|-c

Specify the name of the configuration for which you want to create a cache rule.

--vs|-s

Specify the virtual server.

--condition|-C

Specify the condition for creating the cache rule.

Operands

cache-rule-name

Specify the cache rule name.

Example

tadm create-cache-rule --user=admin --password-file=./admin.passwd --host=admin.example.com --port=8989 --no-prompt 
--config=www.example.org --vs=soa.example.org cache-rule-1

Exit Codes

The following exit values are returned:

0: command executed successfully

>0: error in executing the command
