tadm set-qos-limits-prop common_options --config=config_name --vs=vs_name (property_name=property_value)+
Use this command to set the quality of service (QoS) limit properties for a virtual server. Quality of Service refers to the performance limits that you set for a server instance or virtual server. You can limit two areas: the amount of bandwidth and the number of connections.
For information about common_options
, run the help command.
--config|-c
Specify the name of the configuration to set the QoS limits properties.
--vs|-s
Specify the name of the virtual server.
property-name=property-value
Specify name=value
pairs for one or more properties that you want to define. The name=value
pairs should be separated by spaces.
You can set the following qos limits properties:
enabled
: Specifies whether the qos limits is enforced during the runtime.
Values: true
, false
. Default: true
.
max-bps
: Specifies the maximum transfer rate (bytes/second).
Values: 1 to 2147483647. No default value.
max-connections
: Specifies the maximum number of concurrent connections.
Values: 1 to 1048576
To reset a property to its default value, do not provide a property value.
For example, property-name=<empty_string>
tadm set-qos-limits-prop --user=admin --host=admin.example.com --password-file=./admin.passwd --port=8989 --no-prompt --config=www.example.org --vs=soa.example.org max-bps=3373 max-connections=44838
The following exit values are returned:
0: command executed successfully
>0: error in executing the command
