You can view information on coupons within a coupon batch by exporting the batch to either CSV or XLS format. To view and export a coupon batch:
In a Manage Commerce Assets project, navigate to Merchandising.
Select Promotions and Coupons.
Select Coupons.
Select the batch coupon item. The coupon batch Redemption Rate is displayed on the General tab.
Click Preview and Export Coupons.
Select coupon properties to export. Click Preview to see properties with data.
Select Excel or CSV as the export format. Note that some versions of Excel limit the number of data rows per file.
Click Export. Follow your Web browser prompts to open or save the file.
