To assign price lists to individual users when your environment does not include ATG Business Commerce, follow these steps:
On the BCC home page, expand the Personalization entry in the Operations list. Click External Users.
In the Navigation pane, click the name of the user to whom you want to assign a price list.
In the editing pane, click the Commerce tab.
Under Commerce General, find the Price list property and click Select:
In the asset selector, browse or search for the Price List. When you find it, select the name and click OK.
If you use a Sale Price list, repeat steps 4 through 6 for the Sale Price List property.
Click Save.

In the browse pane, click the name of the user to whom you want to assign a price list.
In the editing pane, click the B2B Commerce tab.
Under Commerce Contract, find the Price list property and click the arrow:
Do one of the following:
Choose Inherit to inherit the price list from the parent organization.
Choose Override to use the asset selector to find an existing price list. Select the price list and click OK.
Click Save.
