Use this page to create a notification that can triggered by a watch in a diagnostic module.

Name	Description
Notification Name	The name of the WebLogic Diagnostic Framework (WLDF) bean. MBean Attribute: `WLDFNotificationBean.Name` Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.
Type	The type of notification. A notification type can be an SMTP email message, a JMS message, a diagnostic image, a JMX notification, or an SNMP trap.
Enable Notification	Specifies whether this notification is enabled. MBean Attribute: `WLDFNotificationBean.Enabled`
