The logical domains manager process ldmd might dump core when stopping the ldmd SMF service with the svcadm command, or on shutdown or reboot of the primary domain. As a result, the /var/svc/log/ldoms-ldmd:default.log file might contain messages such as:
warning: Bad file number: PRI_WAITGET failed
warning: Bad file number: Error reading message from the hvctl channel, resetting the channel
ioctl VLDC_IOCTL_WRITE_PA failed
These messages can be safely ignored.
Workaround: There is no workaround. This issue is fixed in Oracle VM Server for SPARC 3.0.0.3 available in SRU6.
