Max data retries
Under Current Value is a value field, currently set to 6.
Poll frequency
Under Current Value is a value field and a units list, currently set to 30 minutes.
Retain backup metrics
Under Current Value is a yes/no list, currently set to no.
At the top and bottom of the table are buttons labeled "Apply", "OK", and "Cancel".
