Complete these checklists to ensure the site is prepared for Oracle Big Data Appliance:
This section provides basic customer contact information and evaluates the overall readiness of the site for installation.

Complete the following checklist to ensure that the systems component considerations have been addressed.

Note:The network administrator should be available on-site during the installation of Oracle Big Data Appliance (1 to 2 days). Otherwise, a problem with the customer network may cause extended delays.
